Bridgeport, NJ – Fast and Furious Fridays welcomed the Four Cylinder competitors for a night on the Spirit quarter mile along with the Hyper Racing 600 Micros, the 270 Micros as well as the Speedway Entertainment All Star and Junior Slingshots with racing sponsored by Cassidy Painting.

Anthony Tramontana (600s), Brandon Oakley (All Star Slingshots) and Jack Jarvis (Junior Slingshots) added to their 2024 win totals while Billy Gray raced to his first win of the season over defending 270 Champion, Alex Swift.  Lee Allen has always enjoyed the quarter mile racing and raced to the win in the Four Cylinder feature.
Jimmy Potts and Sam LaMothe led the field to the green flag in the Hyper Racing 600 feature.  Potts led the way for two laps before Anthony Tramontana brought the No. 80 to challenge for the lead.  Tramontana took the lead on lap three, driving between Potts and LaMothe to take the lead.  Tramonta held off the challenge of LaMothe just before halfway and went on to lead all the way to the checkered.
It was Tramontana for his third win of the season over Jared Kreider whose late race charge gave Kreider a runner-up finish in his first 600 start of the season.  LaMothe finished third followed by Dan Leaper and Dustin Tyler.
Billy Gray led the field to the green and grabbed the lead on the start.  The last thing any Spirit 270 driver wants to see is the Blanda No. 15 with Alex Swift in the position behind them.  Swift was second by turn two of lap one but Gray raced his raced and led every lap to the checkered to take the win.
Gray becomes only the fifth different 270 competition this season that has been dominated by Swift.  Pat Bealer, Nick Walton, Nick Skias and now, Gray joins the list of winners in this division.
Swift finished second followed by Lee Nardelli, Andrew Locuson in Charlie Palmucci’s No. 16P and Jon West who made his first start of the 2024 season.
PJ Bozowski and Brandon Oakley led the field of All Start Slingshots to the green with Bozowski taking the early lead.  Bozowski led for the first five laps with pressure from Oakley who took the lead on lap six.  Bozowski’s race ended a few laps later with a broken chain.
It was Oakley for the win over Ryan Davey who bested Brayden Morrison and Chase Schott for the position.  Todd Martin finished fifth.
Jack Jarvis battled with Hannah Kormann on the start to take the lead in the Junior Slingshot feature.  Jarvis went on to lead every lap for the win, leaving the battles behind the leader.  Austin Walls raced into second on lap seven and chased Jarvis for the rest of the race.  Hannah Kormann won the battle for third over Riley Maguire and David Morrision.
Lee Allen raced to victory in the Four Cylinder feature as the full fendered race cars returned to the Spirit quarter mile.  Dominick Antonelli led the first as Allen looked for racing room to make his way to the front.  Allen took the lead on lap six and led all of the way to the checkered.  Joe Garey, Sr. finished second followed by Joe Garey, Jr., Roger Kummerer and Dan Stein, Jr. rounding out the top five.
